The F4 "Give Items" button on the dashboard is used to easily hand over reservations. Every reservation made by the customer through the webshop, or manually created under the "New Booking" button, generates a QR code that is sent to the customer's provided email address. Select "Give Items" and scan the code.
Below is an example of a reservation overview. It also provides information for the customer about the location, pick-up and return times, the rented items, and a payment summary.
After scanning the QR code, you enter the issuing screen. The reserved items are displayed here. Then scan the bikes you are going to hand over. The items will be shown in green. Then click "Uitgeven". Any outstanding amounts will be displayed.
