Select the F5 "Take Items" button to process articles being returned by the renter. Scan the QR code of an item being returned.
The booking overview will now be shown. Click on the "retrieve all Items" button to select multiple bikes at once. After select Take Items.
In the return screen, the articles can be processed back into inventory. This can be done by scanning all items or manually entering the bike codes using manual input. Check whether all bikes have been returned completely. The system also indicates whether the items were returned on time.
Would you like to charge a surcharge for late return? Select the "Calculate period" button.
Now click "Take items".
A payment overview will be displayed. Outstanding amounts will be listed in the total overview.
Refunds are displayed with a minus (-) sign. Select for the amount and the deposit whether the full amount is paid and click "Agree".
