Issuing Items / Processing Reservations

Select the F4 "Issue Items" button on the dashboard to issue reservations. Every reservation made by the customer via the webshop or created manually under the "New Booking" button generates a QR code that is sent to the customer’s provided email address. Select "Give Items" and scan the QR code.

Below is an example of a reservation overview. It also provides information for the customer about the location, pick-up and return times, the rented items, and a payment summary. Select ‘’Give items’’.

After scanning the QR code, you will enter the issuing screen. Here you will see an overview of the reserved items. Scan the bikes you are about to hand over. The items will be shown in green. Then press "Confirm Details". Any outstanding balances can now be settled.

The second option for issuing reservations is via the "Reservations" button. Select the applicable reservation.

At the top of the screen, click on "Give Items".

Scan the bikes you are about to hand over and click on "Uitgeven" at the bottom right. Any outstanding amounts can now be settled.
