Select the F3 "Exchange Item" button and scan the item you wish to exchange.
An additional option is to search for the booking by name or reservation number. Now select it in the booking overview.
Scan the item or multiple items you want to exchange. The selected bikes will get a checkmark next to their number. If you want to correct a mistake, you can find the scanned item listed below the overview. Click the cross to remove it. Now click "Continue".
Do you want to exchange the electric bike for another electric bike? Then scan the new item and click "Exchange".
Attention! If you want to exchange the electric bike for a different category:
Click the minus button next to the electric bike. The bar will turn green once confirmed. Now scan the bike you want to hand over and click "Exchange". You will be given two options:

See the example below. The electric bike is the only category not marked green. Scan the item you wish to hand over, and the bar will turn green. Then click "Exchange".
"Add Items":
A second option is to add an extra bike to the booking. This option also allows you to exchange, for example, one tandem for two city bikes.
Make sure the bike is reduced to 0 and click "Exchange".
Then select "Add Items" and after that click "Process". The two city bikes will now be added to the receipt.
