Select the "New Booking" button.
The following screen will now appear. Select the number of days for the rental period.
Next, select the vacation address. Saved addresses can easily be found by typing the first letter(s).
Is the vacation address unknown? Then type: "Enter another address" to add a new stay. If you want to skip this step, type "No vacation address to provide."
Entering customer details offers two options:
New customers where you need to enter all details. Be sure to include the email address. After completing the booking, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
Returning customers who have previously rented from your location can easily be found by entering the last name or email address. Select "No" for new customer, and a search bar will appear.
Check all information carefully and select "Submit data" at the bottom of the page.
At the bottom of the page, the "Scan Items" bar will now appear.
There are two options:
Hand Scanner: Use the scanner to scan the QR code of the desired item.
Attention! If you click with the mouse on "Manual Entry", the scanned items will not appear in your overview.
Manual Entry: Here, you can manually enter the numbers of bikes or accessories.
Scanned items will now appear on the screen. If an incorrect item was selected, you can remove it by scanning the item again or by clicking the cross next to the item.
Bike delivery is not applicable to every sales location. This option is disabled for locations that do not offer delivery.
If delivery is applicable, the system will indicate whether the entered address is available for delivery.
Insurance options are offered per location. Select the desired insurance if needed.
Check under Totals if all quantities are correct and press "Agree and goto Payment".
Select the applicable payment method and click "Process". After pressing "Process", the receipt is successfully processed.
