It can happen that a customer contacts you to change the reservation period. This can easily be done yourself.
First, use the search bar to find the reservation. You can search by last name, reservation number, email address, or phone number.
From the dashboard, click on "Search".
A search bar will now appear at the top of the screen. Enter the number and click "Search".
The results will load, and you then click on the line of the relevant reservation. You will now enter the reservation screen.
Next, select "Change Period".
Now, change the amount of days the new time period for the booking. The system automatically checks if the requested items are available on the new date. If not, it will display a message. Then click "Agree and Proceed to Payment". The system will then verify if the total amount has been paid.
