It may happen that a customer contacts you to request a change to their customer details. You can easily do this yourself.
First, use the search bar to find the reservation. You can search by last name, reservation number, email address, or phone number.
From the dashboard, click on "Search".
A search bar will now appear at the top. In this example, we adjust the period for reservation 18543. Enter the number and click "Search".
The results will load, and you can then click on the line of the relevant reservation. You will enter the reservation screen.
Next, click on "Change customer data" and the following screen will appear:
Enter the new customer details. In this example, we update it to Test van Tilia ([email protected]). Then click "Confirm details".
The new customer details have been confirmed. To finalize and save the new information, click "Edit" again:
The customer details have now been updated in the booking.
