Cancelling a Reservation

Reservations that have already been paid for cannot be canceled manually; in this case, please contact us. You can cancel unpaid reservations yourself via the partner environment.

In the dashboard, use the "Search" button and enter either the reservation number or the name.

Select the booking to open it. The booking details will appear. Above the customer details, select the "Cancel" button.

You will then be asked to confirm the reason for the cancellation on the next screen.
