Bikes or accessories that are removed from rental for repairs must be placed into service.
Select the "Inventory" button at the top of the dashboard.
Find the item in the list and click on the "Hand icon" under Actions.
The following pop-up will appear. Choose a defect and select confirm.
The item is now marked as in service.
Transport will automatically receive a notification that the bike needs to be picked up for repair.
At the same time, a replacement bike will be delivered.
Did you select the wrong item?
You can undo this action by performing the same steps again β you will then get the option to remove the item from service.
